Process to Obtain Services
Lifeworks welcomes inquiries
and referrals for all of its services from anyone. An individual
who is interested in receiving supports, a family member
of an individual or a representative of a funding source
such as a Service Coordinator from the Department of Mental
Retardation or a Vocational Counselor from the Massachusetts
Rehabilitation Commission may make inquiries and referrals.
A referral is defined
as someone who is interested in exploring an opportunity
to see if the services Lifeworks provides at a particular
program, whether it is residential services or employment
services, would be appropriate for themselves, their family
member or the individual they support.
