Ensures the health and safety of individuals for specific nursing needs. Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to individuals in their home setting. Coordinate and supervise the activiities of all clinical team members engaged in clinical care. Establish clinical team member work schedules on a weekly basis. Responsible for coordination of coverage including temporary and substitute scheduling. Monitor daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed. Review, correct and approve timesheets, and respond to time off requests and coordinate scheduling. Conducts all clinical team interviews in conjunction with the Program Director and Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of nursing management experience as well as experience in a medically intensive model. An Associate's Degree and RN License will be accepted with 10 years of demonstrated experience as listed. Car/Valid driver's license required.
