Accounts Payable Coordinator

Lifeworks is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others using their professional office/accounting skills to complement our business office team. The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the agency in Performing all accounts payable functions including coding invoices, entering vouchers and issuing payment by means of electronic and paper means. Posting transactions to general ledger and review/record purchase orders. Duties also include reconciliation of various checking accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.

 Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience primarily in Accounts Payable areas of accounting.
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheet/database management and MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Great Plains Accounting System and MAC experience a plus.
  • Personal Vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license (in State of residency) required.

All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Salary: $43,874
