"We discovered that we could solve our problem while providing employment opportunities for a group of dedicated adults with disabilities. In March 2009, AmerisourceBergen's Mansfield location formed a partnership with Lifeworks in Norwood. We continue to be pleased with the ongoing benefits of our partnership. A job coach and a crew of about four associates come to our location Monday through Friday and wash our totes. We have since expanded the job functions to include preparation of totes for refrigerated product as well as cleaning them. Our customers are also happy with the condition of the totes they receive since Lifeworks associates have been on the job."
