Donate by Phone
To make a pledge and tax deductible donation by phone,
please call 781-762-4001 and ask the receptionist for the
Lifeworks Business Office. A member of the Business Office
will take down the information needed to complete a pledge
card or to process the donation. All personal information
will be kept in strict confidence and used only for the
purpose of this transaction. You will receive a statement
for your tax records ,which indicates the amount of your
donation and the tax exempt status of Lifeworks.
